1. Uploading content

You may upload content only if:

• you created it, or
• you have the necessary permission or authorization to upload and share it.
• Do not upload content that infringes copyright or other proprietary rights.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on LabWizard infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with:

• your name and contact information
• identification of the copyrighted work
• identification of the allegedly infringing content on LabWizard
• a short explanation of the complaint
• a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized

3. Platform response

LabWizard may review complaints and may remove, restrict, or disable access to reported content while reviewing the matter.

4. Repeat infringement

LabWizard may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement.

5. Good-faith reporting

Please submit reports in good faith. False, misleading, or abusive reports may be ignored.
