Copyright & Report Infringement

Last updated: April 18, 2026

LabWizard respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Because LabWizard supports uploads, previews, community discussion, and public discovery across multiple content types, we take ownership, authorization, and infringement reports seriously.

1. Before you upload

You may upload content only if:

  • you created it yourself, or
  • you have the necessary permission, license, or authorization to upload, preview, store, and share it through LabWizard.
  • Do not upload content that infringes copyright, database rights, trademark rights, moral rights, confidentiality obligations, or other proprietary rights.

2. How LabWizard may display uploaded content

Depending on the feature and workflow, LabWizard may display uploaded files through titles, metadata, thumbnails, first-page previews, cover images, excerpts, public detail pages, search results, comments, ratings, saved views, or liked views.

By uploading content, you confirm that these platform-level displays fall within the scope of your rights and authorization.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on LabWizard infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with:

  • your name and contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted or protected work;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing content on LabWizard, including a URL or enough detail for us to locate it;
  • a short explanation of the complaint;
  • a good-faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • Please send reports to: contact@labwizard.science

4. Platform response

LabWizard may review complaints and may remove, restrict, hide, unpublish, or disable access to reported content while reviewing the matter.

We may also request additional information, contact the uploader, preserve logs for review, or temporarily limit account activity where reasonably necessary.

5. Repeat infringement

LabWizard may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated, egregious, or deliberate infringement.

6. Good-faith reporting

Please submit reports in good faith. False, misleading, abusive, or retaliatory reports may be ignored or handled at our discretion.

7. Questions and permissions

If you need to report infringement, clarify rights, or raise a permissions question before uploading, please contact: contact@labwizard.science
