Need help with LabWizard?

Support

For now, please contact: contact@labwizard.science

You can also reach out for questions about uploads, accounts, or content issues.

1. What can I upload to LabWizard?

LabWizard currently supports uploads for Handbooks, Study Notes, and Lab Blowups.

Handbooks are best for manuals and instrument guidance, Study Notes are best for structured learning materials, and Lab Blowups are for attempts, deviations, and outcomes worth recording.

2. Why can I only see a preview for some content?

Some content types may go through review before full public release.

For example, certain submissions may first appear as previews, first-page views, or limited public entries until moderation or acceptance is complete.

3. Can I edit or delete my uploads later?

Yes. You can manage your own uploads through your personal content area, including viewing, editing metadata, and deleting eligible content.

If you run into a case that cannot be updated normally, please contact us and include the item title or link.

4. What are Saved, Liked, and Uploaded used for?

These sections help you keep track of your personal activity on LabWizard.

Uploaded is your own content library, Saved helps you collect items you want to revisit, and Liked helps you quickly find content you reacted to before.

5. What if I cannot find the right category, institution, instrument, or feature?

You can use the Need more? suggestion entry in supported upload flows to submit a new category, content direction, school or institution, instrument, or feature idea.

These suggestions help LabWizard expand the platform more accurately over time.

6. How do I report a problem with content or platform behavior?

If you believe content is inappropriate, misleading, infringing, or unsafe, please report it through the platform where possible or contact us directly.

If the issue is technical, include the page link, a short description of what happened, and screenshots if available.
