You retain ownership of the content you upload to LabWizard.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

4. License granted to LabWizard

By uploading content to LabWizard, you grant LabWizard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, index, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.

This license exists only for platform operation and does not transfer ownership of your content to LabWizard.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not:

• upload content that you do not have the right to share
• upload unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
• attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform
• misuse the service to spam, scrape, or disrupt other users

6. Removal of content

LabWizard may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms, receives a valid legal complaint, or creates risk for the platform or its users.

LabWizard may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement or abuse.

7. Availability of service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer

LabWizard provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, reliable, or non-infringing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabWizard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
